You Can’t Tell Anyone

I can’t tell anyone….but thank God I can tell Him!  Right now, as I type, I am sick to my stomach.  Nothing has happened that changes my life, but I got news that affects someone else’s.  It’s not my business and I really can’t do anything about it, but I can’t tell anyone either.  I’ve been entrusted with information that saddens me and yet it doesn’t involve me.  My mind whirls a million different directions and gets no where….yet there is no where it needs to be.  I have the information, I’m not responsible for the solution….so what do I do?  “Don’t worry about anything, instead, pray about everything, tell God your needs and don’t forget to thank Him for His answers.”  – That’s my paraphrase of Philippians 4:6  “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.  And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” — Philippians 4:6-7

I am so thankful that I CAN tell Someone and I trust Him very much.  God is an awesome listener.
